Material composition: The product is a blend of high-performance polyvinyl chloride(PVC) resin in three-layers topped with Acrylonitrile stryrene acrylate (ASA).Function of ASA coating: The ASA coating has high-resistance to solar heat and the harmful UV rays.

UNIKO Synthetic resin roof tile adopts Europe advanced co-extrusion technology, using ASA high weather resistant engineering plastic and PVC (polyvinyl chloride resin) as main material, mixing anti-UV agent, shielding agent, anti-oxidant, modifier and other super weathering chemical ingredients.

The surface material (A layer): ASA high weather resistant engineering plastic, which ensures surface color will not fade in 10 years.
The middle material (C layer): Lightproof modified PVC (polyvinyl chloride resin), with superb rigidity and toughness, which block out sunlight and ensures strength and rigidity.
The sub- layer material (B layer): White, tough and durable material, which can increase sense of space and brightness for buildings.

Installation Instructions

INSTALLATION&PRECAUTIONS

- Purline can choose square tube (60mmx40mmx3mm) or section steel (100mmx50mmx3mm) or anticorrosive flitch(60mmx40mm),

the space between purlines is 660mm, the purlines are arranged from bottom to top.

- Refer to the local wind direction, and install the main roof tile in the reverse direction. Erect a roof tile wave, and do it on both sides at the same time.

- When installing the main ridge roof tiles, cut a part of the first ridge roof tile before installaion.

- When installing, the joining place between the main ridge roofing tile and the tilted ridge roofing tile should be sawed to be flat.

- Install the main ridge pvc tile and the tilted ridge pvc tile before installing the three-way tile. The fixed parts are specialfittings. When fixing, drill

hole which is 2mm bigger than the lead screw of hook nail with electiric drill first. It isrecommended to choose Φ6.3mm tapping screws.
