It is made of polyvin y chloride (PVC for short) as the main material, mixed with UY antiul-travelet rays and other chemical additives, and produced by advanced co-extrusiortech-nology.
Uniko ASA-UPVC anti-corrosive composite roof tile adopts Europe advanced four extrusion (ABCB) technology, using ASA high weather resistant engineering plastic and PVC (polyvinyl chloride resin) as main material, mixing anti-UV agent and other expensive chemical additives.
EXCELLENT SOUND INSULATION
The ingenious design of the hollow multi-frame makes full use of air as a sound insulation medium, thereby reducing noise.
HEAT INSULATION
While passing through the hollow multi-frame, the flowing air blocks the heat transfer in time, making the house warm in winter and cool in summer.

Easy to install
PVC roof tile could be long as the roof length (less than 11.8m),
put a sheet on the roof which installation easier than ceramic tile.
In the same time, PVC roof tile are not easy broken during installation.
(1) Corrugated tile thickness≤1.3mm: Inclined roof purline span≤600mm, arched roof purline span≤800mm;
(2) 1 .8mm≥Corrugated tile thickness > 1 .3mm: Inclined roof purline span≤800mm, arched roof purline span≤900mm;
(3) 3.0mm≥Corrugated tile thickness > 1.8mm: Inclined roof purline span≤900mm, arched roof purline span≤1000mm;
(4) There are two waves in the horizontal lap joint of medium-wave/ small trapezoid wave tiles. Vertical overlap > 300mm.
(5) To fix them with self-tapping screws, one must drill holes in advance with the bore diameter 2-3mm more than the fixing screw diameter.
Note: The purline span is related to the workshop temperature. The higher the workshop temperature, the smaller the purline span.
Otherwise it will lead to tile deformation.
