Main tiles are packaged nude, while accessories are securely wrapped in packing paper.
For optimal transport in a 20'GP container, it is advisable to limit tile lengths to under 5.75 meters.
For 40'GP/HQ containers, suggested tile lengths are under 11.75 meters.

Main Tiles and Accessories
1. Measurement and preparation

2. Clean the roof surface
Prior to laying the resin tiles, it's crucial to clean the roof surface thoroughly. This ensures a smooth and even installation. Remove all residues, debris, fallen leaves, and dirt to prepare a pristine surface for tiling.
3. Install the roof foundation
With the roof surface cleaned, proceed to install the roof foundation. Typically constructed from sturdy wooden planks, these foundations must be securely positioned to provide stable support for your resin shingles.
4. Install resin tiles
Mount the resin tiles onto the roof with precision. Various methods, such as using screws to anchor them to the foundation, can be employed. Ensure even spacing and adjust the tile sizes with cutting tools to match the roof's contours perfectly.
5. Install the ridge
Complete your installation by fitting the ridge, which covers the roof's highest point. Consisting of two parts, the ridge should be carefully installed at both ends of the roof and firmly secured with screws for optimal durability.
6. Clean-up work
Upon completing the installation, meticulously clean the roof and all tools used. Ensure no residues or debris remain by employing methods such as using a hose and brush for a thorough clean-up.
