4 Layers Material Co-extrusion Technique
The decoration layer has a variety of fabrics,including PVC fim,PET fim,metal fim water-based cross fabric base film,etc.
2.Co extruded crystal ceramic layer
The cystal ceramie layer adopts an acylic formula systerm,which has excellent flatness,hardness,and impact resistance.
3.Bamboo charcoal fiber layer/ecological diatom mud layer
There are two options,one is the bamboo charcoal fiber layer,and the other is the ecological diatom mud layer.
Bamboo charcoal fiber layer -The core layer of the substrate ls a composite materal of PVC resin powder,bamboo charcoal fiber powder,and natural calcium carbonate powder,etc.
4.Co extruded crystal ceramic layer
This crystal ceramic layer is the same as the second layer,using an acrylic fomula system,while the other crystal ceramic layer and core layer form a three-layer structure.

Installation method process,and precautions for WPC Wall Panel:
1,First,investigate whether the wall is flat.If the wall is fat,there is no need to install carbon crystal board/wood veneer board as a base.If the wall is not flat,it must be leveled with plywood/gypsum board/cement board before installation and bonding.
2,Measure the width of the entire wall to determine the cuting width of each decorative panel during actual instalation.Pay attention to the honizontal position of the doors and windows,and ensure proper distribution.Generally,for wider walls,1220 large boards are directly used for paving.For narrower wals,calculate the actual size,evenly cut the width of the decorative panels,and then fit them together.
3,During actual installtion,install the top corner line fist,and then install the bottom comer line.Facing the wall,start fiting from left to right.Firsty,use a point like(or S-shaped)structural adhesive and apply it evenly to the wall surface (or back of the decorative panel).Then,insert the decorative panel diagonally into the top comer line,adjust the horizontal position,and then insert the decorative panel from right to left into the left corner ine.
4,Slowy flatten the four edges and middle position of the decorative panel with a rubber hammer,and insert a metal l-shaped strip on the right side of the decoraive panel,paying attention to the appropriate tightness.Fix the l-shaped strip with grab nails.This cycle of installaion is sufficient.
5,Pay attention to the appilcation scenarios of various metal ines.When measuring the scale,carefully survey and make staistics:when stocking up,based on the number of decorative panels and room stucture,prepare a sufficient number of metal lines to avoid errors and delays in installation
