Product Features
1. Airtight sound insulation: PC sheet has better airtight sound insulation effect than glass and acrylic board of the same thickness. Under the same thickness, the sound insulation of PC board is as high as 3-4DB than that of glass. The soundproof fence commonly seen on highways is made with the soundproof effect of PC boards.
 
2. Impact resistance: soft, natural texture, high elasticity, not broken under the impact of huge external force, can withstand any impact in stadiums and various stadiums. 
 
3. Physical: Good physical stability, will not expand and contract due to temperature and temperature changes. Easy to handle: random cutting, various colors, simple splicing, simple corner processing, perfect artistic drawings and different styles can be easily reflected.

Packing&Shipping
Suggest the length less than 5.75 meters for 20'GP container.
Suggest the length less than 11.75 meters for 40'GP/HQ container.

PC Currogated sheet are widely used in Canopy roof, carport, indoor stadium, sunshine house, roof, swimming pool cover, transportation, greenhouse, shop corridor, etc.

Installation and notes

1. Installation by inserting
a.Cut off 5~10mm wide of inserted protective film before PC sheet are inserted.
b.It must leave suitable quantity inserted, the space allowing their expanding or shrinking with the change of temperature and right
thickness of PC sheet.

2. Installation by screws
a. Enlarge the aperture of any bolt or rivet much be enlarged to allow PC sheet expanding or shrinking with change of temperature.
Generally, the aperture shall be 50% bigger than the diameter of bolt. Use aluminum rivet. Self-drilling screw must be abandoned.
b.Use silica gel to fill all apertures and cover their exposing parts to prevent PC sheet from map cracking by cleanser which may
inserted in apertures.
c.The head of rivet should be 1.5~2.0 times bigger that the stem.Use gasket to fill between PC sheet and rivet head to prevent PC
sheet getting directs pressure from rivet head, then lessen their pressure in this way.
d.Don't tighten screw too much in case stress may cause stress.
e.Don't use PVC gasket and water-proof adhesive tape with asphalt content.
f.Fix the metal pressing strip on long and short edges of PC sheet.Remain a space for their expanding, Strengthen installation stability.(see
the following drawing for the exact installation)
