Packaging & Shipping
 

Main tiles are shipped in nude packing. Accessories come neatly packed in protective paper.

For 20'GP containers, it is advisable for lengths not to exceed 5.75 meters.

For 40'GP/HQ containers, a maximum length of 11.75 meters is recommended.

It is advisable to maintain the overall weight at less than 28 tons per container to ensure safe transportation.

1. Measurement and preparation

2. Clean the roof surface

Ensure the roof surface is pristine before laying the resin tiles to guarantee a level installation. Thoroughly remove all debris, garbage, fallen leaves, and dirt, leaving a clean foundation ready for the new tiles.

3. Install the roof foundation

With a clean surface, proceed to install the roof foundation. Typically constructed from sturdy wooden planks, these foundations must be securely placed to effectively support the resin shingles, ensuring long-lasting durability.

4. Install resin tiles

Securely attach resin tiles to the roof foundation using screws, ensuring an even spacing between each tile. Adjust the tiles with cutting tools to perfectly match the roof's contours, providing a seamless finish.

5. Install the ridge

After securing the resin tiles, install the ridge to elegantly cap the roof's highest point. Comprising two parts, these ridges should be precisely fitted at both ends and fastened with screws for a refined appearance.

6. Clean-up work

Conclude the installation with a thorough clean-up of the roof and tools, eliminating any leftover residue or debris. Utilize a hose and brush to achieve a spotless finish, ensuring pristine presentation.
