UPVC COMPOSITE 2 LAYERS ROOFING TILE
PRODUCT FEATURES
1. Excellent weathering performance: Select anti-aging scientific formula, PVC (polyvinyl chloride resin) material as main material, mixing anti-UV agent, shielding agent, antioxidant, modifier and other super weathering chemical ingredients. It can convert ultraviolet in sunlight into heat energy then release out, it can prevent air with material occur oxidation reaction and prevent light penetrate through the tile, thereby greatly extend the life of tile.
2. Excellent corrosive resistance: As improved plastic with its own corrosive. There is no chemical reaction when soaked in the salt, alkali and 60% acid in 24 hours. It is very suitable use for corrosive workshop, acid rain-prone areas and coastal areas.
3. Good sound insulation: Composite co-extrusion core layer shielding structure can greatly reduce sound transmission. So it has good absorption of the noise effect, noise will down 30dB than color steel tile.
4. Strong fire resistance: Fireproofing performance≥ class B1 level tested by the National Fire Department. It is a flame retardant materials.
5. Excellent Waterproof: Dense and non-absorbent, big size also can reduce the joint area.
6. Excellent load-carrying ability: It will not be damaged or broken even if snow covers on the tile all the year round in cold area. The test shows that 2.0MM thickness of tile will not be cracked or damaged when loaded with 100KG under the support spacing of 600mm.
7. Excellent heat preservation and heat insulation: The thermal conductivity is 0.325W/M.K, about 1 / 310 of clay tile, 1 / 5 of cement tile, 1 / 2000 of color steel tile. At the same time, it is fully shaded, which greatly improves the heat insulation performance. Experiments have proved that the heat insulation effect is 3~4ºC lower than that of color steel plate.
8. Good Impact resistance:
The test prove that 1kg steel ball fall from 3.0m high place can not make it crack.
9. Excellent insulation: Belong to insulation products, it is not be damaged in case of accidental discharge. It will be more safer at Ray-prone areas to replace metal tile.
10. Green and environment friendly: It does not contain asbestos and radioactive element, it can be recycled, completely meets the requirement of environment protection.
11. Easy to install: With high installation efficiency and light weight, it is easy to load and unload. ( It needs 4-6 sets of waterproof accessories per square meter)
CIRCULAR WAVE TILE
UPVC circular wave roofing tile is a type of roofing material made from polyvinyl chloride (PVC) that features a circular wave pattern. These roofing tiles are designed to provide both functionality and aesthetic appeal to roofs. Here are some key features and characteristics of PVC circular wave roofing tiles:
Material: PVC circular wave roofing tiles are manufactured from PVC, a synthetic plastic known for its durability, lightweight nature, and resistance to weathering.
Circular Wave Design: The distinctive circular wave pattern on the roofing tiles not only enhances the visual appeal of the roof but also adds structural strength to the tiles, making them more resistant to bending or warping.
Waterproof: PVC roofing tiles are inherently waterproof, making them suitable for use in areas with high rainfall or moisture levels. The circular wave design may also aid in water runoff, preventing water from pooling on the roof's surface.
UV Resistance: Many PVC roofing tiles are formulated to resist damage from ultraviolet (UV) radiation, helping to maintain their color and structural integrity over time, even when exposed to sunlight.
Lightweight: PVC roofing tiles are lightweight compared to traditional roofing materials such as clay tiles or concrete, making them easier to transport, handle, and install. This lightweight nature can also reduce the structural load on the building.
Easy Installation: PVC circular wave roofing tiles are often designed for easy installation, with interlocking mechanisms or fastening systems that simplify the roofing process and ensure a secure fit.
Low Maintenance: PVC roofing tiles typically require minimal maintenance to keep them in good condition. They are resistant to rot, corrosion, and insect damage, reducing the need for regular upkeep.
Cost-Effective: PVC roofing tiles are generally more affordable than traditional roofing materials, offering a cost-effective option for homeowners or builders looking to achieve a stylish and durable roof without breaking the bank.
Overall, PVC circular wave roofing tiles offer a combination of durability, aesthetic appeal, and practical benefits, making them a popular choice for residential and commercial roofing applications.

DETAILS
Normally, our FOB price base on 1 container as the roof tile is nude packing.
1. 20ft container, because of volum limited, the 20ft container could load aroud 26-27 tons with 5.8m length with full container.
2. 40ft container, because of weight limited, the 40ft container could load aroud 27.5-28.5 tons with 11.8m length, but the volum is half container.
1. Measure: It's critical to ascertain the area's dimensions before covering it with PVC sheeting. Use a measuring tape to record the area's length and width precisely. Make sure to measure the entire surface, including any protrusions and corners. To ensure that the entire area is covered, add a few inches to each measurement to account for overhang and overlap of the sheeting. Multiply the length and breadth measurements together to determine the total area that needs to be covered. Calculate the amount of PVC sheeting you will require using this measurement. PVC sheeting may need to be trimmed to meet your exact measurements because it is usually sold in rolls or sheets of different sizes.
2.Cut: Your PVC sheets should be cut to the proper size. Measure and label the sheet with the appropriate instruments. Depending on the project, a saw with a fine-toothed blade or a sharp utility knife will be sufficient for accurately cutting the sheet. Accurate cutting can be achieved by using a level surface and having a clamp available to prevent the sheet from sliding around and causing damage while being cut. After cutting, use sandpaper to smooth the edges of the sheets. When cutting PVC sheets, be sure to wear the proper safety gear because the material can emit fine dust that is potentially dangerous to breathe in.
3.Replacement: To achieve a waterproof and long-lasting roof, installing PVC sheets for roofing involves careful planning and installation techniques. Determine how much material is needed by measuring the area of the roof before placing the PVC sheets. Make sure the roof is clean and dry and remove any dirt, nails, or screws. Install the PVC sheet support structure, which is usually composed of concrete, metal, or wood. In order to sustain the weight of the PVC sheets, make sure the support structure is level and positioned correctly. To create a waterproof seal and conceal the ends of the PVC sheets, start by attaching the ridge cap at the top of the roof. To guarantee a snug fit, the ridge cap needs to be overlapped and fastened with screws or adhesive. Working your way up the roof, begin at the bottom and overlap each sheet by a minimum of 150mm. As advised by the manufacturer, fasteners such as screws, nails, or adhesive should be used to affix the sheets to the support structure. To guarantee even rows of sheets, use a chalk line or another kind of reference. When installing PVC roofing sheets, don't forget to adhere to local building codes and the manufacturer's installation instructions. When working with PVC sheets, it's also crucial to use the proper personal protection equipment, such as gloves and eye protection.
4. Fixing: To attach the sheet in place, use screws and a drill. Make sure to leave enough space between the screws to accommodate expansion and contraction.
5. Overlap: To provide adequate drainage, if you must overlap sheets, make sure to do so in the direction that water flows.
6. Complete: After installing every PVC sheet, it's time to complete the installation. Seal any spaces between sheets and the edges of the area you're covering using PVC tape. This will lessen the chance of water leaking in and causing harm. To provide a waterproof seal, install flashing around any roof penetrations, such as vents or chimneys.
7. Clean Up: Upon completion of your PVC sheeting installation, it's crucial to remove any leftover dust or debris that may have accumulated throughout the process. After gathering up any stray material with a broom or vacuum, dispose of it properly. Check for leaks or any damage to the installation. Use a water spray to test the roof's water tightness and look for any leaks.
