UPVC GRECE
The term "UPVC Greca roofing tile" typically refers to a roofing material made from unplasticized polyvinyl chloride (UPVC) featuring a Greca profile design. Here's an overview of its characteristics:
Material: UPVC, also known as rigid PVC, is a durable and lightweight synthetic material widely used in construction for its weather resistance and low maintenance requirements.
Greca Profile: The Greca profile is characterized by parallel, raised ridges and valleys running along the length of the roofing tile. This design provides structural strength and rigidity while also facilitating water runoff, making it suitable for various roofing applications.
Water Resistance: UPVC Greca roofing tiles are designed to effectively channel water away from the roof's surface, reducing the risk of leaks or water damage. The raised ridges help prevent water from pooling and promote efficient drainage.
Weather Resistance: Like other UPVC roofing materials, Greca roofing tiles are highly resistant to weathering, including exposure to UV radiation, extreme temperatures, moisture, and corrosion. This durability ensures long-term performance and minimal maintenance requirements.
Lightweight: UPVC roofing tiles are lightweight, which simplifies transportation, handling, and installation. The reduced weight also puts less strain on the roof structure, making them suitable for a wide range of roofing projects.
Ease of Installation: UPVC Greca roofing tiles are designed for easy installation, often featuring interlocking mechanisms or fastening systems that streamline the installation process and ensure a secure fit.
Aesthetic Appeal: The Greca profile adds visual interest to the roof, giving it a textured and dynamic appearance. The design versatility of UPVC Greca roofing tiles allows for customization to suit different architectural styles and preferences.
Overall, UPVC Greca roofing tiles offer a combination of durability, weather resistance, and aesthetic appeal, making them a popular choice for residential, commercial, and industrial roofing applications.

DETAILS
Normally, our FOB price base on 1 container as the roof tile is nude packing.
1. 20ft container, because of volum limited, the 20ft container could load aroud 26-27 tons with 5.8m length with full container.
2. 40ft container, because of weight limited, the 40ft container could load aroud 27.5-28.5 tons with 11.8m length, but the volum is half container.
1. Measure: It's critical to ascertain the area's dimensions before covering it with PVC sheeting. Use a measuring tape to record the area's length and width precisely. Make sure to measure the entire surface, including any protrusions and corners. To ensure that the entire area is covered, add a few inches to each measurement to account for overhang and overlap of the sheeting. Multiply the length and breadth measurements together to determine the total area that needs to be covered. Calculate the amount of PVC sheeting you will require using this measurement. PVC sheeting may need to be trimmed to meet your exact measurements because it is usually sold in rolls or sheets of different sizes.
2.Cut: Your PVC sheets should be cut to the proper size. Measure and label the sheet with the appropriate instruments. Depending on the project, a saw with a fine-toothed blade or a sharp utility knife will be sufficient for accurately cutting the sheet. Accurate cutting can be achieved by using a level surface and having a clamp available to prevent the sheet from sliding around and causing damage while being cut. After cutting, use sandpaper to smooth the edges of the sheets. When cutting PVC sheets, be sure to wear the proper safety gear because the material can emit fine dust that is potentially dangerous to breathe in.
3.Replacement: To achieve a waterproof and long-lasting roof, installing PVC sheets for roofing involves careful planning and installation techniques. Determine how much material is needed by measuring the area of the roof before placing the PVC sheets. Make sure the roof is clean and dry and remove any dirt, nails, or screws. Install the PVC sheet support structure, which is usually composed of concrete, metal, or wood. In order to sustain the weight of the PVC sheets, make sure the support structure is level and positioned correctly. To create a waterproof seal and conceal the ends of the PVC sheets, start by attaching the ridge cap at the top of the roof. To guarantee a snug fit, the ridge cap needs to be overlapped and fastened with screws or adhesive. Working your way up the roof, begin at the bottom and overlap each sheet by a minimum of 150mm. As advised by the manufacturer, fasteners such as screws, nails, or adhesive should be used to affix the sheets to the support structure. To guarantee even rows of sheets, use a chalk line or another kind of reference. When installing PVC roofing sheets, don't forget to adhere to local building codes and the manufacturer's installation instructions. When working with PVC sheets, it's also crucial to use the proper personal protection equipment, such as gloves and eye protection.
4. Fixing: To attach the sheet in place, use screws and a drill. Make sure to leave enough space between the screws to accommodate expansion and contraction.
5. Overlap: To provide adequate drainage, if you must overlap sheets, make sure to do so in the direction that water flows.
6. Complete: After installing every PVC sheet, it's time to complete the installation. Seal any spaces between sheets and the edges of the area you're covering using PVC tape. This will lessen the chance of water leaking in and causing harm. To provide a waterproof seal, install flashing around any roof penetrations, such as vents or chimneys.
7. Clean Up: Upon completion of your PVC sheeting installation, it's crucial to remove any leftover dust or debris that may have accumulated throughout the process. After gathering up any stray material with a broom or vacuum, dispose of it properly. Check for leaks or any damage to the installation. Use a water spray to test the roof's water tightness and look for any leaks.
